Riverside, a first-floor suite for up to three guests, includes a solid oak, king-sized bed and a solid oak, single sofa bed, and views of Grasmere lake, the River Rothay and the local fells. The Cottage, located on the ground floor with a private entrance, includes a king-size bedroom, a twin bedroom, a family bathroom, and a living/dining/kitchen room, accommodating up to five guests. Garden, another ground-floor suite, features a king-sized bedroom and a living room with a double-sized, solid birch sofa bed and a single-sized, solid oak sofa bed, accommodating up to five guests. Fellside, on the first floor, has a solid oak king-sized bed and a double sofa bed. Treetop, on the second floor, includes a solid oak king-sized bed, a solid oak sofa bed, and original slate walls. Holly, on the ground floor, features a king-size bedroom. Each room has an en-suite bathroom, a flat-screen TV, free WiFi, tea and coffee facilities and luxury toiletries. The River Rothay and the village church are in the center of Grasmere.
