The hotel offers parking on a first-come, first-served basis, but spaces are limited. The nearest secure parking facility is Parking Ondarreta, which is about 10 minutes away on foot. Yes, there is lift access to upper floors. Is there any possibility to pre-arrange parking for our stay?

Unfortunately, parking cannot be reserved and is assigned in order of arrival. There is also street parking available nearby. Is there a safe and covered place to park motorcycles near the hotel?
