film-tastic stay!

easy connection accommodating staff

i found parking very convenient. the room was super clean and comfortable, not directly in the city center, but the bus connection was easy and frequent. the staff seemed very friendly and accommodating!

the balcony was small, and the view from it was disappointing! i was looking at a triangular courtyard surrounded by dilapidated buildings.

The hotel has an accessible location and is easily reached from the intermodal bus station. This is convenient if you arrive by bus and want quick access to transportation without getting lost! the area felt safe and well-connected.

The large rooms included super clean cleanliness, a fridge, and a nespresso machine! towels were refurbished daily, and i found a welcome pack upon arrival. This was a fantastic touch and showed care and attention to detail.

movie theme crisp beer lovely people

The movie theme gave so much character. The lounge and bar area downstairs offer crisp beer. The amazing tortilla was a treat. Housekeeping was excellent and the team were lovely people.

The air conditioning seemed not working when the outside temperature rose.

king size bed double sinks noisy room repetitive food

The king size bed in my Superior Double or Twin Room was amazing I slept so well every night. The bathroom had his and hers sinks a great feature for getting ready quickly.

The room was a bit noisy I could hear sounds from other rooms and the hallway. Breakfast had a poor selection of hot food items it felt very repetitive

the rooms felt spacious. i appreciated the helpful front desk staff. the hotel also had a lively atmosphere downstairs (i mean, it's great if you're in the mood for a drink or a bite).

the air conditioning did not seem to work . i mentioned this to the front desk, but they insisted it was fine. i spent several sleepless nights as a result (it was very frustrating). the balcony was also very small.

The cinema theme created a unique atmosphere, with cool movie star photos. our twin room had modern decor and effective soundproofing. i liked the convenience of on-site parking. It simplified our arrival by car. breakfast included varied healthy options.

i found the location required a twenty-minute walk to reach the city center. this distance could be inconvenient for some guests.

The front desk staff provided excellent help. they offered prompt assistance with directions and local recommendations. a kind gentleman worked graveyard shift. He was very helpful.

mixed feelings about the room , and some service issues

hard bed frayed cables

the beds were too hard , really unbearable. one piece of strength training equipment had cables that were frayed, posing a safety risk. also , the hotel did not offer complimentary coffee without paying for a full breakfast. overall , the service was severely lacking.
