The location was convenient, with a bus stop nearby (though I prefer taxis).

Check-in was less than stellar. I arrived and got a simple, "Check-in is at 3 p.m." It felt a bit clinical, with no warm welcome or information about the hotel. I asked for an iced latte at the terrace and they couldn't propose any iced drinks (hard to believe for a supposedly luxury hotel).

The location is quiet and allows for nice walks. Facilities focused on health. The spa had a great deal. I REALLY enjoyed using the pool, sauna, and gym.

The staff were very nice. Premium pillows made sleeping wonderful. I really enjoy super clean bathrooms with its fantastic water pressure. the breakfast buffet provided a great variety of options. It had something for everyone.

i noticed the hotel lacks a central bar. It would have been nice to enjoy a coffee with my family.

The room were modern and clean. I also like a lot the variety of pillows that are available. The modern design really stands out. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is next to a bus stop. I did not have to wait long to get to the city center. the bus service into town is indeed fast and efficient. It takes you right to the heart of town.
