the staff WERE helpful. one particular person helped me above and beyond. the room they gave me was amazing with GREAT views of the greenery. the materials felt cozy AND relaxed. i appreciated the secure parking a lot.
i felt the bed could have been slightly MORE comfortable. it IS still fine though.

The staff were helpful. They spoke several languages and were always available. The room was spacious and clean. It came equipped with good quality washing products.
I found the wardrobe a bit too small , especially considering my longer stay.

the room was very modern. it was also big and comfortable.. i found parking directly available at the hotel. the city center is about 10 minutes away by bus, but it is easily walkable in about 20 minutes.
i had to ask to change rooms. the noise from the motorway with windows shut was very loud so i didn't sleep much the first night. they allowed the room change, though a little reluctantly. both beds were tiny though.. barely queen-size, let alone double.
