“La Caserne Chanzy inhabits a converted fire station near the Notre-Dame Cathedral, a prime spot in Reims. The spa and champagne-focused restaurant are definite draws, though reports of spotty service give me pause. It strikes me as a place with high potential, needing perhaps a more attentive touch to consistently meet its five-star billing.”
