the cleaning staff kept the rooms in great shape. the entertainment team was active and cheerful, especially around the pool. the hotel also offered moroccan tea, which i enjoyed. (i even got to try yoga!)

the air conditioning did not work well in the heat. the bar service could also be slow, mainly due to only one person working.

The aqua park had several slides that were fun. I found the show cooking at lunchtime enjoyable. The staff, like Samir at the pool bar, was hardworking. Breakfast and dinner were less crowded and more relaxed.

The air conditioning did not work well. I could not get cool in the room. This made sleeping difficult. The hotel should improve this.

The location was convenient. The kids club was very useful for my children. Lucas and the other staff members showed great kindness to the children.

I arrived in the evening with my family and received few details regarding the hotel. The restaurant was closed upon arrival, so we got no food or water. Our rooms were at opposite ends of the floor, not ideal. Food options were repetitive.
