The staff were friendly! We left something in the room. The hotel is posting it back to me. Breakfast had great variety. I definitely appreciated it.

The room did NOT have AC. I was melting! I had to open the windows. There were smokers and noisy people outside

The front desk staff were wonderful even during their busiest weekend! I saw them go above and beyond when a guest left an iPad behind. The staff arranged to post it back to the guest!

There is a lift in addition to the stairs. Extra pillows were in the rooms. Parking is safe, secure and free for everyone! The metro station is close to the hotel.

The LOCATION was NOT good. It was further from the train station than I expected, even though the name suggests otherwise. The room was small and pretty tired. The bathroom felt cramped.

The free parking was a big plus. i found the staff consistently friendly and helpful. our room featured a double bed and two single beds, which gave us plenty of space. We really appreciated that.

i found the water pressure in the shower tragically weak. also, the drain pipes were not properly unclogged. water accumulated in the shower.

The breakfast buffet was a DELIGHT with many options. The front desk staff were helpful. They even dealt with their busiest weekend. The location was an easy walk to the train station, VERY convenient.

The room was a little warm even though the air conditioning worked, not ideal.
