faulty remote bathroom hairs

the breakfast was good with a wide variety of options.

the room was small, it felt cramped. the tv remote did not work, and despite reporting it, it was never fixed . there were also several hairs in the bathroom upon arrival, i found that quite unhygienic.

The breakfast was acceptable each morning.

The room I received was not well-kept there were spider webs on the ceiling and dust on the curtains. The room felt cramped like a prison cell and lacked basic amenities like a desk. Staff initially failed to address these issues despite my complaints.

great selection friendly staff fantastic bed

the breakfast buffet was amazing!!! such a great selection! i really loved everything from the building to the decorations and the friendly staff. my room was very clean and the bed was fantastic.

The bathroom was a little small. The sink was really tiny.
