The breakfast was acceptable each morning.

The room I received was not well-kept there were spider webs on the ceiling and dust on the curtains. The room felt cramped like a prison cell and lacked basic amenities like a desk. Staff initially failed to address these issues despite my complaints.

I found issues with my room. the tv did not work, and the toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall. the hotel itself felt cold in the restaurants and lounge. It was not comfortable at all.
