The restaurant offers views over River Juutua. In the summer and autumn, buffet-style breakfast is available from 7:00 to 10:00 (24€ for non-staying guests), with dinner from 18:00 to 21:00. During the winter, guests can enjoy buffet-style breakfast (7:00 - 10:00), lunch (12:00 - 15:00) and a 3-course set meal for dinner (17:00 - 21:00, bar open until 00:30). The hotel is accessible by train from Helsinki to Rovaniemi, followed by a public bus to Inari, with a stop next to the hotel. Guests can inform the driver of their stay at Wilderness Hotel Juutua. The hotel is also reachable by car. Kirkenes Airport in northern Norway is 200 km away.
