The reception staff was very friendly and knowledgeable! the hotel advertised a "light" dinner, but it was really good. a hot meal changed daily, alongside a salad bar and soup. hot drinks were available 24 hours a day and sweet treats was in the afternoon. This was all included. breakfast was also very good with lots of choices.

The staff was helpful and accommodating. i was quickly given my room and encouraged to use the lounge area, with free refreshments available. the foyer included local exhibits. They were interesting. the takeaway breakfast with coffee was a thoughtful touch, i must say.

The hotel's hallway had an unusual odor, like old and musty things. It wasn't particularly inviting.
