central gem
spacious room insulating windows comfortable bed
the double room was modern and spacious I liked the well insulating windows because it reduced outside noise I also found the beds very comfortable I enjoyed my time here. the modern bathroom included trendy decor. The train station was only a short walk away.
i had requested parking but it was not available this was inconvenient. i had to find alternative arrangements.

the hotel is very central it is close to a famous street and train station the beach is also within walking distance making it easy to explore the surroundings and attractions easily.

the hotel provides earplugs in the rooms a thoughtful amenity given the central the rooms are also equipped with modern bathrooms i appreciated the service where staff accommodated breakfast in the room due to an early checkout.

breakfast offered a satisfying start with sufficient choices. the availability of breakfast in the room was a real plus. the experience was streamlined and met my expectations for a quick meal.

The hotel's location was central. It was near shops, restaurants, and the beach. The staff was friendly. Beatrice was particularly helpful. Water was provided upon arrival.
The bedroom experienced high noise levels from music and other street sounds. It continued past 2 AM on most nights. Proper sleep was difficult.

The hotel is very close to a wide range of restaurants. The beach is near the facility (it is an easy walk). The train station provides easy access to Lisbon.

Breakfast offered a good selection of items but was somewhat limited. It included standard options such as coffee and bread (especially the croissants). The coffee machine offered all day access.

helpful staff small refrigerator free wifi well air conditioning
the staff was genuinely helpful they answered all my questions about local attractions. the room had a small refrigerator which was convenient for storing drinks. i appreciated the availability of free wifi throughout the building it allowed me to stay connected. the air conditioning worked well keeping the room cool during warm days.
the elevator was somewhat slow at times there were occasional waits.

the breakfast included a selection of pastries and fresh fruit it was a solid start to the day. coffee and tea were readily available in the dining area throughout breakfast service. seating was ample with both indoor and outdoor options.

the room included a desk suitable for working with accessible outlets. the bathroom had a rainfall shower head with consistent water pressure. there were blackout curtains installed these significantly helped block morning light ensuring restful sleep. i found the bed firm and supportive.

the hotel provided luggage storage this was useful after checkout before my flight. there is a 24 hour front desk staff is always available. i observed that the hotel offers daily housekeeping services this kept the room tidy. a safety deposit box is available.

loud music mini fridge
the location was acceptable. it was central to many attractions.
The noise at night was just too much to bear. It went on until 2 am from the nearby bars. the loud music made it almost impossible to sleep. furthermore, my room did not include a mini fridge which was disappointing.

helpful staff clean room good breakfast
i found the staff very helpful. they managed everything in a friendly and efficient way. the room was clean with nice, modern decor. the hotel provided a very good breakfast.
i noticed a few scuff marks on the walls.

the hotel is right in the city center and it's super close to the bay. it was an easy stroll along the main promenade. lots of eateries are located in the vicinity, made dining convenient.
