The staff was kind and cheerful. They helped me check-in early. The location is excellent. Everything is nearby, approximately 12 minutes walk from the central station even with luggage.

I experienced two false fire alarms during the night. This disrupted my sleep. The room wasn't well soundproofed. Street noise and rain were quite loud, especially at night.

the room i got was disappointing (i expected more). the air conditioning could not be adjusted, causing uncomfortable drafts. also, the room was quite dark, facing an interior courtyard, not very pleasing.

the location is great, its near everything. the breakfast had many options, i did like it. my room had a coffee machine, i need it everyday.

the room felt a bit small, i bumped into things. the towels were small too, not so confortable. the night street noise make it hard to sleep sometimes.
