decent stay with some drawbacks
public transportation convenient location good breakfast breakfast variety available choice small bathroom uncomfortable shower room cleaning
the location was convenient near public transportation. a tram stop was right outside the hotel. the breakfast offered good variety. it had many choices available.
the bathroom was quite small. the showers felt uncomfortable. i stayed for three days and my room was not cleaned. only the towels were changed and bins emptied.

slow elevators temperature control
The breakfast was great (especially the options). The room was clean.
The elevators were slow, i waited quite a long time during peak hours. My room lacked temperature control, something i really missed. The noise and air blowing in my face while i was in bed were annoying. (i wish i could turn it off.)

acceptable stay
public transport breakfast variety friendly stuff poor wifi missing shampoo cooling system
the hotel was very close to public transport. it made moving around easy. the breakfast had great variety. the stuff was nice and friendly.
the wifi was poor, i could barely connect. there was no shampoo in the bathroom, i had to buy it. the room was hot, there was no cooling system.

good location good breakfast easy access clean room
the location suited my needs well. i found the breakfast had a good variety of options available. the tram stop outside the hotel provided easy access to different parts of the city. the room was clean , and the bed was comfortable.
the elevator wait times were long during peak hours , and only two elevators were working.

Acceptable Stay with a Disappointing Issue
The breakfast buffet offered a satisfying variety of options.
I found the lack of on-site parking inconvenient, especially since it was advertised as available. This forced me to incur extra expenses, as I had to pay for parking elsewhere at a rate of 300-400 NOK per day. I feel this misrepresentation is unacceptable.
