dirty carpet impersonal staff
the location was acceptable it was not too far from many attractions.
The room was not properly cleaned the carpet was very dirty. there was no cleaning service for six days, a serious oversight! the staff at the front desk offered no greetings. This felt very impersonal and unwelcoming.

great location spacious room comfortable bed
i found the location really good. major attractions, restaurants, and shops are within walking distance. the room was spacious and very clean. the bed was comfortable too.
the breakfast starts at 8 am, and it was a bit late. it was inconvenient when i had early morning plans . otherwise everything was good.

the hotel is close to the t1 tram line. the tram offers easy access to the m2 and m11 metro lines. this route takes you to the airport in approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.

The reception engine was helpful and cute. They upgraded my room at my request. Breakfast offered tasty options with good variety. The hotel assisted me with arranging a transfer from the airport. The transfer process was easy and reasonably priced.
The carpets seemed not very clean.

The staff was very attentive. The breakfast team accommodated extra requests with a smile. The reception operates 24/7. A gentleman on the team assisted me in retrieving my phone that I lost in a taxi. He was very kind and efficient.

big room decent breakfast dirty carpet missing greetings
the room was big. a good sized bathroom was a plus. the breakfast was decent too.
the room wasnt so clean. the carpets looked dirty. i also felt there were no greetings at the front desk.
