The superior twin room was pristine, i noticed fresh linens. breakfast offered many choices, i found delicious pastries! the staff were gracious. They assisted with directions.

the bathroom lacked a small shelf for toiletries, so i had to place everything on the counter.

The breakfast omelets were wonderfully fresh! a chef prepared them exactly as i asked. the room had two separate sinks. This made getting ready so easy. the rainfall shower was really refreshing after a long day.

The internet speed was only okay. It made video calls a bit difficult at times.

I appreciated the quick resolution when I mentioned hallway cigarette smell. The staff promptly addressed my concern with a professional demeanor. They also offer convenient underground parking, a significant advantage. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which ensured a comfortable room temperature. I found the room was spacious, which I liked.

The minibar items were expensive. I would prefer lower prices. This is my only slight inconvenience .
