the staff was indeed very kind and helpful.

My room was quite small and the bathroom felt cramped. there was also a strange smell coming from the bathroom drain, even after reporting it to the front desk, it persisted throughout my stay. finally, the breakfast selection was limited. I was expecting more fresh options.

The room phone did not work. The receptionist suggested using it when we arrived, so that was a complete waste of time. The breakfast did not live up to the description I saw.
