the two bedroom apartment worked great for my family of four. it was very spacious and had everything we needed! the kitchen was fully equipped. cleaning was superb, and the staff went out of their way to ensure our happiness. we needed a letter to confirm residency for bank accounts and rosa assisted us, delivering the personalized letter to our room in a few hours.

the carpets in our apartment had a slight musty smell, i noticed it right away! otherwise, everything was perfect.

the location is great. it's just five minutes from the mall and a short drive from the airport! the shuttle service was quick to pick us up anytime we required it. it used a spacious and comfortable van.

The reception staff was excellent, especially charlotte. She was very helpful and kind. the hotel provided a shuttle bus service, made getting around much easier. i extend my appreciation to the team. They were attentive to all details.

The valet parking was REALLY quick to retrieve the car. I appreciated that a lot. The master room featured a spacious bathroom. I found the living room to be very clean upon arrival. It was nicely neat.
