Review summary
Based on recent reviews
Powered by AI
The Intercontinental New Orleans impresses many guests with its spacious and clean rooms, plus its convenient location within walking distance of Bourbon Street and the French Quarter. Several guests enjoyed the balcony view and Peters Restaurant buffet breakfast with fresh omelets. Some found the view from the room faced a parking garage, which was not desirable. However, the hotel's proximity to attractions like the Mississippi River and the availability of a nearby tram that takes you to the Garden District add to its appeal.
the room was very spacious and clean. the staff was helpful (they answered all my questions).
the pillows were uncomfortable. i found a couple of normal ones shoved in a drawer. the balcony was a waste of money as all i could hear were the air handlers from the building across the street.
