adequate stay
perfect location friendly staff high ceiling unclean shower curtain stained couch dusty furniture
the location was perfect for exploring the french quarter. i could walk to everything i wanted to see. the staff was friendly. my room also had high ceilings, i found this.
the shower curtain in the bathroom didn't seem very clean. i also noticed a stain on the couch in my room. some of the furniture had dust on it.

amazing staff extra towels loud music canal street
the staff was amazing! they were very quick to send up extra towels when we needed them. the manager even pushed our luggage cart to our room and explained all of the amenities during the elevator ride.
We had a room facing canal street and we were never able to sleep. the loud music and cars racing went on until 3-4:00am, it was too much! the room windows should have better sound insulation. But the wi-fi was slow.
