humid bed sheetswater stains

My stay suffered from several issues. the air conditioning seemed faulty, so humidity was constant. my sheets felt damp, and papers in the room got humid. stains on the wall near the tv really bothered me. It didnt scream luxury. i expect better for the price i paid. i wont come back.

Check-in was quick. The staff stored my luggage allowing me time to get a drink at the pool bar. My Ocean View King Club Room received a complimentary upgrade to the Presidential Suite. The beach is calm with minimal waves and is clean with no seaweed. The Sommelier mentioned it is one of the original resorts built by the government. Beach service was attentive. Housekeeping kept my room clean.

misleading reviewsinconsistent quality

the hotel reviews are a bit misleading as i thought it was all inclusive, it definitely is not. it reminded me of i had to constantly pay extra for things like breakfast, but the quality was inconsistent. the beach was not very swimmable either..

Underwhelming Stay. Service Issues and Room Problems.

Check-in took far too long. I waited about 25 minutes. My room smelled heavily of dampness and mold. It seemed like the mattresses were old and not very comfortable. Breakfast quality was poor, I found the selection to be limited for a hotel of this supposed standard.
