the shower temperature was difficult to regulate in my room.

the location was great, near the tram stop. i found it easy to get around the city. the staff stored my luggage before check-in, convenient. the room had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. i was pleased with how quiet my room was at the back of the hotel.

i found the mattress a bit soft. i seemed like i was rolling into the middle of it during the night.

The room was a great size. It offered ample space to relax after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is in a very convenient location for attractions in the city centre. It made exploring easy. I also appreciated the attentiveness of the staff.

The hotel wasn't marked very clearly. I walked past it a couple of times before realizing where it was.
