inadequate air conditioning cleaning issue

the location was acceptable as a stopover before catching a ferry.

the room was small and did not have air conditioning, stuffy and uncomfortable during the NIGHT. i also noticed dust in some areas, indicating the cleaning was not thorough. these issues detracted from what could have been a better stay.

Convenient Location and Helpful Staff

good breakfast helpful staff

The breakfast buffet offered a very good selection. The staff assisted me quickly when I needed an invoice. I received it within two minutes. It was unbelievable. They provided helpful guidance .

There was no air conditioning in the room. Coffee making facilities should be available in the room.
