easy access helpful staff front desk small room size missing refrigerator

the location allowed easy access to the city center. the staff at the front desk was helpful with directions and local information.

the room size was smaller than anticipated. i found the lack of a refrigerator in the room inconvenient, especially for storing drinks.

handy location comfy bed

the hotel is located near tram stops. this made getting around easy. the room included hanging options and the bed felt comfy. i also used the water dispenser at reception and found it useful.

The hotel had steps to reach the lobby. I found this a bit difficult with heavy luggage.

The location offered easy access to nearby shopping. i found a supermarket and several coffee shops very close. the room had sufficient hanging options for clothes. This was helpful. the water dispenser in reception was a welcome addition after long days.

the windows were not soundproofed well enough and tram noise was quite noticeable.
