great location water dispenser small room missing mini bar

The hotel location is great. The staff was very helpful and cute. I found the water dispenser a nice touch (I used it a lot). Blackout shutters meant I slept well.

The room was rather small. I also did not find any mini bar, so I was not able to get cold drinks. (Luckily, the water dispenser in the lobby worked well).

i stayed in a room on the fourth floor it had a sloping roof on one side it was not a problem for me as i traveled alone the bed was super comfortable the tea and coffee availability was nice too

the room was a bit small also the breakfast selection was just okay there was no mini bar in the room the bathroom was also quite tiny with not many extras

the staff were friendly and helpful . complimentary coffee was always available in the lobby. the location was excellent with easy access to local attractions.

the room was a bit smaller than i expected, though it had all the necessary amenities.

Wonderful Hotel near the Train Station!

The hotel has a fantastic location super close to the train station. You can easily take a train to the airport from there. It was also near Petite France. I could walk everywhere. The staff are accommodating and kind. They helped me with directions. There is complimentary coffee and water available.

Friendly, helpful staff works at reception and in the breakfast room. I especially appreciated them. Freshly pressed orange juice is available at the very good buffet breakfast. It has a good choice of items.

The nicely decorated compact room includes good shelf and hanging storage space. It was very useful. The roomy bathroom has an easy-to-access shower and good storage space. I found it quite convenient.
