The complimentary public transport ticket made getting around very convenient (saved me a lot on transport costs). The room was very clean.

Fantastic Budget Stay!

The room was super clean, and it had everything I needed. A bus and tram stop are just outside the hotel. Very convenient (so easy to get around!). The SC Bern arena is literally a two-minute walk.

There was only one plug in the room in an inconvenient location. Charging my device became a challenge. An inexpensive power bar would solve the problem.

The location is great due to frequent tram access to the city center. The ride is approximately 6 minutes. I found the staff very helpful . The cleanliness of the room impressed me. It was tidy and well-kept. The free transportation offered throughout the city (even from the train station) was a definite plus.

The room was quite small for three adults.

The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially with directions! i found the tram stop was right outside the hotel. the room was super clean and had everything i needed. I felt safe and sound the whole time. i even walked to the sc arena, a really short walk!

The toilet door didn't fully close. It was a bit odd!
