the included breakfast was acceptable.

the room i got was disappointingly small, especially given the price i paid. the air conditioner's temperature was fixed, and adjusting the thermostat did nothing, quite irritating. i believe a small fridge should be standard, but there wasn't one.

For convenience, leave the railway station at Welle7 instead of the main entrance. Take the lift down to the ground floor, exit the building, and the hotel will be directly in front of you.
