A Wonderful Surprise Near the Airport

spacious room bright linens friendly receptionist

The room was surprisingly spacious, a true delight. The super clean, bright white linens felt so fresh. The friendly receptionist provided excellent assistance. A warm welcome is always appreciated.

the parking space was plentiful and free. the hotel's proximity to the airport made my early flight stress-free. i found a supermarket and restaurants nearby, so i could easily find food. (aldi was a short walk away!).

the vending machine was not working.

this hotel reminded me of finding a quiet corner near the airport. free parking made arrival easy. inside, i found the place clean, simple, and without unnecessary frills. the receptionist was friendly and helpful, it.

i found that the room lacked air conditioning. it did affect my experience during warmer days.

friendly receptionist clean linen body wash check-in problems absent staff broken machine

the receptionist was friendly and helpful. the room had clima and was quite near the airport.. the linen was super clean and sparkly white. soap and body wash were available in the room.

the hotel agreed to check-in at 3:00 pm. however, when we arrived at that hour, there was no one at the front desk and the check-in machine was not working. we waited more than an hour with other people until an employee showed up at the reception desk.

nearby shops excellent customer service proximity airport outside sink lack of cleanliness absent staff

The hotel is near several shops (which was convenient). It is close to shopping and about a 10-minute ride to the airport. The customer service was excellent .

The sink was outside of the bathroom. I felt it was a bit expensive since there weren't coffee or tea facilities. The room wasn't very clean when I checked in, and there was no staff at reception. There was also no water in the bathroom, so I couldn't shower.
