the staff showed true care and support, assisting us with storing luggage both before check-in and after our stay ended. they even shared their landline after my phone experienced a trouble. i really appreciated this unexpected kindness. the rooms where very clean.

i noticed a small issue with the shower tray in the bathroom, and it seems a bit old and may need some care. i hope that's addressed to.

staff members were polite and very helpful to us. they were quick to respond, providing assistance 24/7. their friendly attitude added that special spark , made my journey special.
