great location comfy beds

the location was amazing. i found everything to be between 1-10 minutes away. we could go everywhere by walking. the hotel was very clean with comfy beds. i highly recommend this stay.

i paid a very high price for this hotel because it was a busy weekend.

Underwhelming stay. Expected more

machine problem missing towels

Check-in was a mess, honestly. the self-check-in thing? didn't work. useless. wasn't just me either. Other people were stuck too. waited around for what seemed like forever before someone finally helped. and missing towels? really. It was annoying. i guess it's okay if you're super broke, but otherwise, i'd skip this place.

the room had an elevator. i found a good breakfast available each morning. i also was happy, there was a room with an extra bed on top, it was useful.

the bathroom has no door locks. it seems weird to see this in a hotel. in addition, bathroom doors are semi transparent. this has to be took care of when travelling with friends.

Self check-in was convenient upon my arrival. The breakfast included good coffee (a welcomed sight first thing in the morning!). The room itself was sound proof, which really helped. There was an elevator, so getting to my room was easy.

The vending machine was empty, so I was unable to buy bottled water at the hotel.

The location was good , a short walk to the cathedral. Check-in was simple and fast. The staff was helpful when I needed directions. The room provided fresh towels each day of my stay.

The pillows were quite flat , and I had to request extras to get comfortable.
