convenient stay

convenient location straightforward process fast lift helpful staff

check-in utilized a machine at the entrance, a process i found straightforward and efficient. my room on the fifth floor was clean, quite spacious and the lift was fast. i found the staff helpful, as they provided extra towels promptly upon request.

the temperature in the room wasn't very warm and i couldn't adjust the thermostat higher to make it more comfortable, this was during winter.

the room included comfortable beds with individual lamps and power points for all three beds. it was modern and well-kept, with sufficient space for our needs and luggage. the bathroom fixtures were new and functioned perfectly well.

the breakfast price was very good considering what the hotel served each morning in the dining area. a variety of options was there, all fresh and well-presented, including local specialties. i think it was a nice offering .

the hotel is downtown, so moving around the city was easy. being centrally located allowed me quick access to the main attractions and shops. i really liked the proximity to all the sights.

parking under the hotel added a great sense of security since the hotel is in the pedestrian zone. the key-pass access was user-friendly, streamlining entry and exit. the entire hotel was modern and very clean.

great location helpful staff large room

The location is just awesome! i could walk to so many places, and everything felt super safe. the staff were also helpful! they quickly got us extra towels when we asked. our family room was huge, a real bonus, and i enjoyed that the bathroom even had a nightlight. It made it so easy for the kids to navigate at night.

the machine check-in was impersonal.

The room was accessible for wheelchair users. A considerable convenience. I found the underground parking very useful, as it provided secure storage. I appreciated that no checkout was required. This SAVED time for me. The breakfast was well attended. It was full of options.

My room was smaller than I had anticipated. Space was limited.
