I found that the air conditioning in the room was not effective enough, resulting in a noticeably warm and uncomfortable environment. The fridge also barely cooled, frustrating.

The dinner service felt surprisingly slow one evening. waiting between courses became quite lengthy. the food itself seemed rather underwhelming, even compared to the main restaurant. also, the lighting in the bathroom was inadequate. Applying makeup required using my phone's flashlight.

poor soundproofingslow cleaning

The soundproofing in the bedroom was not good I could hear everything from other rooms, even steps from above, and it made napping impossible. the bathroom seemed old, with a leaky sink pipe requiring multiple towels. the cleaning service was slow. I often received clean towels late in the afternoon. THE buffet seemed like a loud school canteen and lacked the quality I expect from a 5-star experience.
