Rooms with Water Views
Brown's Wharf Inn, located on the East Side of Boothbay Harbor, offers 70 rooms with water views. Each room includes a balcony, HDTV with cable, telephone, air conditioning, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Suites feature living rooms and kitchens. The Inn also provides Captain Brown's Cottage, with three bedrooms, a living room, and a full kitchen. Captain Lunt's Cottage has two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a dining area. Inner Harbor view rooms overlook lobstering and pleasure boat activity, and the Our Lady Queen of Peace church. A pet-friendly cottage is available across the street.
Boothbay Harbor Dining
Brown's Wharf Inn offers waterfront dining. A short drive into downtown Boothbay Harbor provides shopping, dining, and boat tours. The Carriage House has an outdoor deck with a gas grill. Captain Lunt's Cottage has a full kitchen and dining area.
Recreation and Relaxation
Guests can fish from the pier. Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens is a ten-minute drive away. Nearby Barrett Seaside Park offers swimming and picnicking. Brown's Wharf Marina accommodates yachts up to 165 feet and offers 6 transient moorings available on a first come, first serve basis. Showers are available and the Inn can be reached by VHF Channel 09 for slip assignment and docking assistance.
Location and Access
Located on the East Side of Boothbay Harbor, Brown's Wharf Inn is near the statue of 'The Old Lobster Fisherman'. The Inn is 65 km from Augusta State. It is a 20-minute walk to downtown Boothbay Harbor. A short drive provides access to the Boothbay Railway Museum, Maine State Aquarium, Dolphin Miniature Golf Course, and the Opera House. The Marina is linked to Boothbay center by a footbridge. There is a trolley to downtown Boothbay Harbor during the season and on weekends off-season.
Services and Amenities
Brown's Wharf Inn has an elevator to the second and third levels. Amenities include guest laundry, refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers, hairdryers, and in-room safes. Free local calls and ample free parking are available. The Inn also provides a new electric car charging station. The marina staff is on duty in season from 8 am to 8 pm and the motel staff is available 24 hours a day. Brown's Wharf also offers 6 transient moorings, available on a first come, first serve basis.
