Madison Resort Wildwood Crest features two towers: The Ocean Tower and the Royal Tower. The Ocean Tower, renovated in 2024, has over 100 rooms with views. Room features include air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a coffee machine, and a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. Suites have a living room and a separate bedroom. Some suites offer pool or views. Pet-friendly rooms are available in the Royal Tower, located on the streetside.
Onsite Dining
Guests can dine at Vinyl Restaurant, located in the Ocean Tower. Vinyl offers both indoor and outdoor seating. The Madison Rose poolside food truck provides snacks. Crabby Jack's Deck & Grill offers a casual dining experience with live music and seafood.
Leisure and Entertainment
The Ocean Tower is the center for entertainment, with entertainment on weekends starting mid-June through Labor Day. Daily DJ entertainment is available poolside. Other entertainment includes a Silent Headphone Party every Friday night, resort themed events and shows on Saturdays with national touring acts, bands, and tributes. The resort has two heated pools and two hot tubs open from mid-April through late October. A fitness center is located on the first floor of the Ocean Tower and is open 24 hours.

Madison Resort Wildwood Crest is 75 km from Atlantic City International. Nearby landmarks include Sunset Lake (1 km), Centennial Park (1 km), and Diamond Beach (2 km). The resort provides shuttle service around the island and to Cape May properties, including Harry's Ocean Bar & Grille.
