Biscayne Suites offers deluxe suites, two-bedroom suites, penthouse suites, superior penthouse suites, grand suites, and a presidential suite. The deluxe suite includes a king-size bed, a full kitchenette, and a private balcony. The two-bedroom suite sleeps six, with a king-size bed in the master, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This suite includes a full kitchen with a dishwasher and a full-size refrigerator. The presidential suite has two full baths with wooden vanities and granite countertops, three flat-screen televisions, remote Internet Wi-Fi, surround sound, an iPhone/iPod dock, a Blu-ray DVD player, GE stainless steel appliances, an in-suite washer and dryer, and a dining area for six. Each room provides a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a DVD player. All guestrooms provide air conditioning, free WiFi, and safes.

Biscayne Suites has a rooftop heated pool and sundeck that offers views of Ocean City. There is a separate sunbathing area with loungers and shaded tables for sunrise viewing.
