Select one-bedroom suites feature a full bathroom with handrails, a full kitchen with lowered countertops, a large living room and dining area. One-bedroom premium suites sleep up to four guests and include a King bed in the master bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Laguna Grill and Rum Bar, noted as one of the city's best dining choices, is located onsite. Also, a seasonal ocean-view restaurant is available. Each apartment has a kitchenette with a refrigerator and a microwave.
