A Decent Stay

clean room subway access rude attitude cooking pans

The hotel is close to the subway. It was a short walk to the city center. The room we stayed in was very clean. The staff was REALLY friendly.

There were no cooking pans or a bread knife. I found their attitude poor and RUDE.

the location is quite wonderful. i could freely park near the grocery store, convenient! the television had streaming options, a wonderful addition to the experience. i must add the overall appearance of the room was something that resonated with me deeply.

smelly pillows single beds

The pillows smelled. i mean, really smelled! they were not only dirty, but the odor was persistent. It was like sleeping on a sweaty gym sock. and to top it off, i booked a king-size bed but got two singles pushed together. A classic bait and switch, i guess? when i complained, they said there were no other rooms available. i suspect that's what they always say.

Acceptable Stay, Some Issues Noted

unclean bathroom dead bug

The breakfast had a lot of options. There were soap dispensers for the sink and shower.

Cleanliness proved to be a problem. The room was too warm even with the air conditioning. I also found a dead bug hanging from the curtain and the bathroom smelled bad.
