I observed the room, a Standard Queen Room Single Sofa Bed, looked clean and well kept. The breakfast include a adequate selection of items. I found the coffee particular satisfactory.

I note the absence of readily available extra pillows in my room. The television system presented a challenge to navigate. It was difficult to find my preferred channels.

The television was difficult to operate , and i struggled to find english-speaking channels. the breakfast had a limited selection . I expected more variety , especially given the price. also , the bed wasn't particularly comfortable , and i found it hard to get a good night's sleep. the pillows were quite flat , and i could have used an extra one.

Really good Service and Modern Comfort

The staff helped me with my rental car battery when it died on a holiday. They tried multiple times to assist me, even when repair shops were closed. The room included excellent storage ideas, like a mirror positioned at an angle from the wall with shelves. Breakfast offered many choices and the location was quiet.

I noticed the absence of regular tea bags, a bit surprising considering the hotel's proximity to ferry arrivals from the uk.
