The hotel is very close to the ferry port. Private parking is free, very useful. The staff were friendly and helpful, ESPECIALLY with directions. The room was clean and had all the basics for an overnight stay.
The room got too hot. I had trouble adjusting the thermostat to a comfortable temperature.

The hotel provided convenient proximity to the ferry terminal. a mcdonald's next door pleased my daughter. This was a good surprise. i appreciated the nespresso coffee machine in the room, a first for me. the staff were friendly and helpful. Their service.
The room felt rather warm. The thermostat displayed 26.5 degrees.

The staff were friendly and helpful. This was certainly a plus.
The room was hot. The thermostat showed 26.5 degrees. Opening the window created a loud, whistling noise. The sink did not drain, and i saw several broken items, like a hook on the bathroom door.
