the room was clean and very comfortable. location was close to the train. i found the staff helpful and pleasant.
the beds were hard as a brick. the rooms were small for the price, though the parking was expensive!

the bathroom wasnt great. after i showered, the entire floor was wet because the glass panel was small. also, i thought the daily parking rate was too high. it costed extra, and my cards didn't work there.

i appreciated the complimentary breakfast. it had fresh pastries, eggs, and cereals. the location helped, the train station was a short walk. there was easy access to the lake and the city center.
the receptionist was unfriendly. she gave a poor customer service. she did not follow up properly.

The location is really convenient, just a short train ride to the city center. The train station is very close to the hotel, about a one-minute walk. I also had easy access to the Mount Pilatus cable car section.
My room felt quite small, and the bed was also a bit small. The water boiler in the room seemed to be of low quality, and i burned my hand. The sockets in the room were also strangely placed (i could not use them easily).
