easy access from eurotunnel terminal arrivals. bilingual staff helped me with queries my french dont stretch to. a good choice for breakfast happened. the hotel is in a handy location.
i stayed at this hotel on the way home. i saw amount of dogs, it shocked me this year. we could not hear each other talking. i feel the restrictions on animals in or close to public areas should be put in place.

the room included a comfortable king bed. it was easy to get to the hotel from the eurotunnel. the hotel also had ionity chargers for electric vehicles (i used them).
some staff communication proved difficult.

comfortable bedscold stafflittle hospitality
The room was a good size, with beds that were comfortable. The sofa bed our children slept in was also good.
I found the staff to be cold, exhibiting very little hospitality. I felt unwelcome because they would continue staring at screens while I was trying to speak with them.
