the walking tour provided local insights and was informative i found the free 24-hour cafe convenient it offered a variety of snacks and drinks the central location made exploring nearby attractions quite accessible. I also loved the wonderful breakfast variety and the super good taste of the food.
the air conditioning unit was a bit loud even on the lowest fan setting

24-hour coffee shop helpful staff attractive interior
The included coffee shop offered convenient snacks and drinks around the clock. The staff helped suggest outing ideas and provide local tips. The interior design throughout the hotel was lovely and attractive to the eye.
The air conditioning made quite loud noises.

The hotel included a 24/7 café where guests could access a variety of beverages and light meals free of charge. There were water bottles and apples available on every floor providing convenience and refreshment to all guests .

The staff consistently demonstrated a friendly demeanor and helpful attitude . They readily offered assistance with directions, recommendations, and any requests. Their willingness to assist enhanced the overall quality of our visit.

Breakfast was included and delicious offering a variety of Mexican options. The coffee shop provided additional options including sandwiches salads and pastries which were available all day. The quality and availability of the dining options was commendable.

helpful staff complimentary food informative tour
The hotel staff were helpful. I liked the complimentary food and drink available at the cafe. It was a bonus. The location allowed walking to many historical sites. I also appreciated the free walking tour. It was quite informative.
The room was a bit noisy. I could hear noise from the atrium.

The beautiful room offered adequate space. I also found complimentary water and apples provided. The room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. A safe was available for valuables.

The breakfast included several options. The staff was attentive to requests and responded quickly. The 24/7 cafe made food available at all times. Service at the front desk was efficient. I had no issues during check-in.
