the hotel location worked well for my needs.

The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed. I asked for a late checkout but they first said no and later offered it but the details shifted several times and it wasn't clear what i was actually getting. i found this back-and-forth very frustrating.

The gym has adequate equipment for a basic workout. It was available 24 hours.

Our room wasn't very clean. There was dust in the corners and the bathroom mirror had smudges that were not wiped away during cleaning, it made me question the overall hygiene.
