The location was central, placing me close to many attractions.

The check-in process was unexpectedly delayed. I waited over thirty minutes past the stated check-in time. The receptionist did not manage the situation well amid high occupancy, as I saw another receptionist offer a guest a free breakfast. My room was in the pyramid tower and had considerable noise from a nearby bar. It was impossible to rest well.

I appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks available in the lobby. There were cookies , chips, fruit, and peanuts provided. They also offered free coffee and refrigerated water. The hotel's location is central , placing it near many attractions.

The room I received seemed dated , possibly reflecting the structure's age. It was also quite noisy , and not from street traffic. The noise seemed related to the building's plumbing or a similar system. This detracted from the overall experience.
