the hotel connected to the airport is really convenient. i liked there was nice restaurants on site. the staff are helpful with everything i needed.

the room they give me dont had shampoo or body wash in the dispensers. i called reception about this issue, but they did not apologized. air conditioning did not worked well in the room and was uncomfortable to sleep.

broken air conditioning limited gym access

the air conditioner wasn't doing its job. i set it to a cool temperature, but the room stayed stubbornly warm, around 24 degrees celsius. sleeping wasn't exactly easy because of that. the gym advertised 24/7 access, but it wasn't true when i checked. it was a letdown after i planned a late-night workout.

high noise levels missing amenities

the location was indeed convenient for accessing the airport.

i was disappointed that the room lacked basic amenities like a coffee machine. also, the noise levels were pretty high. i could hear sounds from the lobby and hallway pretty clearly. it was really hard to get a good night's sleep.

the hotel's location near the airport made my early morning meetings so much easier. rooms had fast wi-fi, great for getting work done, and i really liked the 24-hour restaurant, it helped me a lot with my late arrival. the check-in process was smooth, i found the staff efficient and friendly, a perfect stay for my business trip.

I noticed some minor wear and tear. Specifically the blackout curtains did not fully close, but it wasn't a major issue.

the staff quickly brought my husband's passport to the airport after we forgot it in the room. the baby crib provided had a safe mattress that was large enough for comfortable use. i liked the free bus service to terminal 2. the walkway offers direct access to terminal 1 which is very practical

i noticed some noise from the reception area reached my room which was a slight disturbance
