The cafe had excellent service. I especially liked axel and daniella. robert, the concierge, was helpful and provided free tequila shots upon arrival. he also gave helpful information about tours and restaurants.
the room lacked a window facing outside, preventing natural light from entering. the bed was squeaky, and it impacted my sleep on the first night. i asked for a fix, but nothing changed, so i had to pull the mattress away from the headboard.

the included breakfast was good. the view from the rooftop restaurant was amazing, it overlooked the square. the hotel provided a free cooler on our floor with bottled water and apples. i found the pharmacy beside the hotel very convenient.
the tv had very few channels. all of them were spanish channels. the wifi signal dropped frequently , and i found it unstable. the room we had didn't have a big window. it.

The hotel's location was very convenient near the metropolitan cathedral. english was spoken by all staff, helpful. i also liked the upscale restaurant. It was wonderful. it was easy to get taxis and ubers, and walking to shops was simple.
The air conditioning thermostat in my room did not work well. It was either too warm or too cold. i didn't find a comfortable medium. this made sleeping a bit difficult.

The restaurant offers a four-course menu. I found it excellent. breakfast is available on the sixth floor with a great view. It was delicious. there is also a complimentary coffee and snack bar downstairs. The staff was great there.

The front desk staff helped arrange a christmas eve dinner nearby. the staff provided great local food recommendations. They saved my plans. i appreciated the 24-hour coffee and snack bar. It helped recharge me.
