underwhelming stay due to room issues

room change policy bad administrator

my room wasn't good i bought four rooms and mine was the worst the administrator initially said i could change it for free then changed their mind i had to pay this really soured my experience the rooms themselves were okay but that interaction left a bad taste

super clean room breakfast options sufficient sunbeds

the room was super clean. the buffet breakfast had many options and everything was fresh. the pool area had enough sunbeds (i always found one).

The mini-bar in the standard rooms was empty. I had to pay extra for drinks.
