fantastic stay near everything!

great rate easy access city views

i loved being so close to all the restaurants and shops! michigan avenue was super easy to get to, and hopping on a bus was easy to explore more places. i booked a month ahead and got a really great rate , . plus, the high floors meant amazing city views , i especially enjoyed the night lights!

i found that they didn't make the beds or provide fresh towels for the next day , so that was a slight inconvenience.

the staff were friendly , they greeted me with smiles at every encounter. check-in was fast and easy , they warned me about the room cleaning schedule. housekeeping quickly brought up extra coffee when i asked.

uneven experience with some significant drawbacks

the location was good for getting around (it was certainly convenient).

the ac didn't work well, and the front desk staff were unhelpful. i asked multiple times to change rooms, but the lady at the desk claimed the hotel was sold out (a story i didn't buy). she then pretended to call a supervisor and ignored me to help someone else.

Excellent Location and Clean Rooms

friendly staff city views

The hotel is within walking distance of many attractions. Staff members were professional and very friendly. The room was clean, and I liked the city views from the window. The pool was also decent and clean for a relaxing swim (I really needed it!).

I noticed the local channels on the TV went out frequently. I had to turn off the TV and then turn it back on numerous times to fix it. This was a bit frustrating after a long day.

The front desk staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Julio at the on-site Weber Bar and Grill offered amazing service. The staff ensured a smooth check-in process when I arrived earlier than the scheduled time at noon.

convenient location short walk useful microwave

the location was very convenient. the red line train station was just a short walk. the room had a coffee machine and a microwave, things i always appreciate.

the bathroom felt a bit small.
