Each room includes air conditioning, an iron, an ironing board, a hair dryer, bath products from Argan, a clock radio with audio input, a safe, a telephone, a work desk, a seating area, high-definition cable TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Room options include private rooms with king or queen beds, premium king and queen rooms, private quad rooms with four twin beds, and shared dormitory rooms. The Penthouse is a private duplex with two bedrooms, one with four twin beds and one with a queen or king bed. Each suite includes a living area with double-height ceilings, windows, and a 65'' flat-screen TV. Each private room features a private, en suite bathroom with sapele wainscoting. Each bed in the dormitory rooms has a privacy curtain, outlet, and reading lamp.

Hotel dining options include a restaurant and cafe serving gourmet coffee, fresh juices, teas, and handmade cocktails. Guests can visit the Broken Shaker for craft cocktails paired with diverse menu items. The Broken Shaker's cocktails are composed of elixirs, syrups, and infusions made from garden herbs and spices, fresh-pressed produce, and exotic ingredients. Café Integral serves Nicaraguan coffee, breakfast dishes, light fare, and coffee-infused cocktails. A communal kitchen is available for guests to prepare snacks or meals.

The closest CTA subway stop is 2 blocks from the hotel. For guests flying into O'Hare, take the Blue line train 19 stops to Jackson and transfer to the Red line towards Howard, taking it 3 stops to Grand. From Midway, take the Orange line towards Loop 7 stops to Roosevelt, then transfer to the Red Line towards Howard and take it 5 stops to Grand. Union Station is approximately 2 miles away, accessible by a 10-minute taxi ride or the 151 bus North to Michigan and Ohio. The Greyhound Station is also about a 15-minute taxi ride away.
