Chicago Athletic Association, Part Of Hyatt has 240 guestrooms, including 23 suites. Rooms reference clubrooms of athletic associations. Décor includes repurposed items from the original athletic club, such as nightstands with tennis racquet grips for legs and storage walls made from old gym ladders. Amenities in all rooms include air conditioning, a mini-bar, a private bathroom with a bath or shower and a hairdryer, a wardrobe, a safe deposit box and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Guests can order Shake Shack for room service and relax in Sferra Linens.

The hotel has multiple dining options. Cindy's is a rooftop restaurant with views. Drawing Room has options ranging from light bites to entrées, as well as seasonal and classic cocktails.
